Over 25 years in athletics, combined now with 11 years coaching and 6 years personal training, has given me a vast array of exercises that can be given to clients with confidence. And not isolated to running, as weights & strength training play a major part in all sports and daily life. These systems work equally well on non sports minded clients too. Through progressional increases and challenges, you will be amazed at what can be achieved both in and out of the gym.
