Almost everybody runs right? But very few actually run well. Here is where you will learn how.
Gotta Run is NOT your average running program. 1st it is conducted by a qualified, experienced athletics coach. 2nd it is technique based and you are taught HOW to run.
Through a series of progressive, simple running drills that are incorporated into the sessions, you will find yourself a much better, smoother and effective runner. And in a very short amount of time you may find yourself doing your very 1st fun run, doing your best ever 5km or 10km race or even a marathon. I have helped many people with fitness tests for the Police, Fire and Military training. Or you may just want to able to keep up with the kids!!!!!
Gotta Run is conducted in small manageable, ability based groups so it is both affordable, and you won't be left out. Locations do definitely vary depending on the ability of each group but staying off footpaths as much as possible is always the aim. Melbourne has a vast array of parks, paths, bushland and rivers, beaches and even athletics tracks for us to inspect and we will see them all. Now you don't get that on a treadmill do you?
Learning to run efficiently & train effectively is the basis for this program. It is designed to find the runner within us all. Fast or slow, marathoner or casual jogger, there is a level to suit you. Through progressive programs you can achieve amazing results. So if you are just starting out, let's get going.If you have been running a bit and want something more, don't wait another heartbeat.And if you're an experienced campaigner, HANG ON!!

The most gratifying part of Gotta Run for me is when we finish a program and look back at where the group started. For some it’s the realisation of just what was accomplished and seeing them smile. And the comment of “I’ve NEVER been so motivated to train” is just humbling.
